Department of Regional NSW

An ongoing partnership delivering statewide regional campaigns since 2024 - working on Essential Worker Attraction Program: "The Welcome Experience" & "Make the Move" campaigns.

The relationship

Emmanate Creative has partnered with the Department of Regional NSW since 2024, delivering design and communications support across two major statewide initiatives: the Essential Worker Attraction Program's "The Welcome Experience," and the "Make the Move" campaign encouraging relocation to regional NSW.

Our approach

Our work across these campaigns has included:

  • Hundreds of digital, print and large-scale graphic assets for "The Welcome Experience" and "Make the Move"

  • Welcome Experience Stakeholder Brand Kits, supporting consistent rollout across partner organisations

  • Brand extension work and updates to corporate guidelines

  • New campaign assets, including maps and postcards

  • Design of the 3D exhibition stand for the Royal Easter Show, Sydney — delivered for two consecutive years, including large-format display graphics, pull-up banners, giveaways, postcards and display signage

  • Custom uniforms for public events, including City to Surf

  • Ongoing export and delivery of hundreds of digital assets to support continuous digital campaign activity

  • A large-scale advertising campaign at Redfern Train Station, including floor decals, digital advertising, billboards and bollards across the station

The results

  • An active, ongoing relationship spanning multiple campaigns and initiatives since 2024

  • Statewide brand presence delivered consistently across print, digital, exhibition and transit advertising formats

  • A trusted design partner relied on for both large-scale public campaigns and the ongoing day-to-day asset production that keeps them running

Why this matters

Our work with the Department of Regional NSW reflects our ability to support large-scale, statewide government initiatives — managing brand consistency across an enormous range of formats and touchpoints, from a train station takeover to an annual exhibition stand, while continuing to deliver the everyday assets that keep major campaigns moving. It's the kind of high-volume, high-visibility government partnership that demonstrates real capacity, not just capability.
