Creative Direction
Exploration of your brand’s personality and tone of voice, followed by a visual creative direction. This includes an initial colour palette, exploration of logo styles, typography and application examples with supporting design rationale.

Concept Development
Development of your brand based on the approved creative direction to establish an essential logo suite including:
- Primary logomark in two brand colours and a white version (3)
- Icon / submark in light and dark variations (2)
- Defined colour palette with hierarchy

Brand Kit & Style Guide
Final logo files supplied in EPS, PNG and JPG formats, plus font files where applicable.

Provide key brand information

Complete the branding questionnaire, share inspiration (e.g., Pinterest board, images), and provide detailed input in your discovery session. Your homework helps us understand your vision, values, and preferences ensuring alignment from the start.

Effective communication

Stay responsive and engaged throughout the process by promptly addressing questions or providing feedback when needed. Consistent communication keeps us aligned and the project on track.

Allocate time for focus

Set aside a dedicated 4-week window to prioritise your branding. Minimising distractions will ensure a quicker, smoother turnaround.

Timely and constructive feedback

Provide clear, considered and detailed feedback on each design stage to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. Delays or unclear feedback may result in extra revisions and additional costs.

Scope changes

If adjustments are needed, communicate promptly. Major changes mid-project may affect timelines and costs, so transparency is essential.

Our process allows for key feedback opportunities at every stage, ensuring your input shapes the outcome. Projects are booked over 4-6 weeks, with limited slots each month to provide dedicated focus to your brand.

Proposal/Contract/Deposit
Make your selections from your proposal, and once satisfied, proceed by clicking Accept Quote to initiate the design process. A 50% deposit is then required prior to any work commencing.
Client Prep Work
The next step involves your active participation. Complete your homework to lay the groundwork for your branding project. This includes filling out the Branding Questionnaire, collaborating on a private Pinterest Board, and providing any existing collateral materials.
Creative Direction
Based on your Branding Questionnaire responses and visual inspiration from your Pinterest Board, we will construct creative directions that will lead us to your concept development. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback via a video call before we move on to your concept.
We will craft your unique concept, showcasing how your brand will appear across various mediums. This will be accompanied by our design rationale, providing you with insights into the design thinking.
Concept Selected and Proof
Once we’ve refined and finalised your concept, we’ll address any minor tweaks required. A proof will then be presented for your final approval of your brand assets.
Deliverables and Invoice
The 50% remaining invoice will be issued. Your logo assets will be created and Brand Guidelines drafted.
We’ll confirm all final contact details and requirements for your collateral items and refine these as you require. A final proof will be provided for your approval. Once approved we will finalise the artwork and add these application examples to your final Brand Guidelines.
We deliver your final branding package and collateral via Dropbox and provide resources outlining things like what files to use where. We can catch to discuss your final elements and we are also available for on-going design support.
